SEPTEMBER FAVOURITES

Hello my little worldies! I have a September favourites blog for you all this week, I've been loving so many things this month so I thought I'd share them with you! I hope you enjoy! 

MAKEUP REVOLUTION LIPSTICK IN CHAUFFER 

I've talked about this lipstick before as being a dupe for velvet teddy by mac and I absolutely adore it. It's such a beautiful nude and matches any makeup look, I've used it pretty much every time I have worn makeup in September and for £3 it's a must have!! It doesn't last all day but I'm happy to reapply it tbh as it is so pretty! 

TOPSHOP HIGHLIGHTER IN SUNBEAM

This highlighter is INCREDIBLE! It's such a blinding highlighter as you will see from the swatches, I've had so many comments when I've worn this and I am obsessed. It's a very pretty light gold and you only need a tiny bit for a blinding highlight, if you like a subtle highlighter this may not be for you😂 I picked this up in tkmaxx for £5 but I think it retails around £12 which is pricey for a drug store highlight but this is by far the most blinding highlighter I've used - drug store or high end! It is stunning😍  

REAL TECHNIQUES ESSENTIAL FOUNDATION BRUSH 

I have been using this to blend concealer in rather than my beauty blender for a few weeks now and I've been really enjoying it. It blends so quickly and so flawlessly and I feel it improves the coverage of my concealer. It lasts all day with powdering on my oily skin and I really like the effect! 

ELF BROW PENCIL IN NATURAL BROWN 

I've been having my brows done recently and I'm very happy with the shape of them now so I've been looking for something easier & more natural than a pommade or powder. This pencil is such a perfect colour, It's easy to use and creates a beautiful natural brow which i really like. The only thing I would say is the pencil could be thinner as sometimes it can be difficult to get a sharp line but it does last all day and I've really been loving it!

NEXT PERFUME- 'FLOWERS'

I included this in my haul blog post and since that post I've been obsessed. It's such a lovely sweet floral scent and I've been wearing it everyday! Again I've had lots of comments on this and it lasts all day unlike alot of perfumes I have tried. It retails for £16 which I think is totally worth it, I love it! 

HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER 

This TV show is based around a university professor/ defense attorney who is teaching a university class. She picks 5 students to work along side her but things escalate very quickly and they get into trouble - I don't want to spoil the plot but if you enjoy crime/murder dramas you HAVE to watch it! I watched 3 series in about a week, it's so thrilling and has so many twists and turns, it is one of the best shows I have ever watched! 

RUPAUL'S DRAG RACE 

My friend got me into this show, its basically a show where 12 drag queens battle each week, judged by Ru Paul to become the next drag superstar. Each week is a new challenge and it is hilarious & dramatic. I became addicted very quickly, its such a fun show to watch! You have to give it a try! 

MUSIC PICKS: SLIPKNOT- WAIT & BLEED/ BEFORE I FORGET AND AVENGED SEVENFOLD- UNHOLY CONFESSIONS 

Slipknot aren't a band I thought I would ever see myself listening to but after having kerrang on alot during September I fell in love with these two songs. If you like heavy rock you will enjoy these, super catchy and not too much in the way of screaming, had them on repeat! Such a fan😍

Avenged- I am a huge fan of avenged sevenfold as I have discussed in previous posts but this song has been on repeat all month! It's such a catchy song, amazing guitar solo and I love the lyrics. It's a pretty old song but an absolute classic! 

GREAT BRITISH BAKE OFF🍰🎂

Mary berry is my idol so i did not expect to enjoy this series without her! To my suprise, I've been absolutely loving this series. Noel fielding is hilarious and I love the chemistry with Sandi, it just works! I also love Paul and Pru together, its the same bake off I have come to love over the last few years and I'm super excited for the upcoming episodes! If you watch it: Liam is my absolute fave, how can you not love him! Baking is my passion and I cannot wait to try some of this year's bakes! 

BLOGGING

September is the month where I've started my blog, I love having an outlet for my thoughts, feeling and opinions and I've really enjoyed writing and talking about things i love/enjoy! Blogging has really helped my mental health this month and I cannot wait to blog more, I hope you enjoy coming on this journey with me as I enjoy making it! I appreciate you all for checking it out, you make me very happy!
